As many of you know ZDP-189 steel is the sharpest and one of the hardest
steels available today! Well here it is in the ultimate set of kitchen
knives beautifully made by William Henry! They have 44 layers of alternating
layers of stainless steel in a high polish for added strength and exceptional beauty! Also
extremely beautiful I can not say enough! This particular set has the stream
cured and resin hardened bamboo wood
handles which is a light brown! Bamboo has become very popular in the
kitchen for bowels, knife racks and cutting boards but it is really to hard
for that! But great as a knife handle! Very nice high polish finish
also on each knife! We only have one set at a time and it is either in the
back room or in the front window on display! So please ask for it if you are
in the shop! The set
