This is the button lock release and it is super! To unlock the knife while open just depress
the button which also has a "pearl" inlayed to close one handed! Really
slick! Also at just under 1 1/2 ounces so you can carry this pocket knife while wearing shorts or slacks
but a case is included.
It has a great feel for a small knife but it makes it easier to carry!
