Note: This the NEWEST Chris Reeve knife! It is a excellent Asian food knife that can be used for chopping or carving. It is a good all around knife and has a great feel with the ultem handle. it is flat ground on the back side and the handle is also flatter on the back end. The front is beveled and the handle has more of a curve on the front side!
