Kitchen Cutlery These are the first of 4-5 kitchen knives! These are Chris designs and feature the new S35v steel. S35v should hold a keener edge then S30v and I know we will be seeing more and more of it. The handle is ultm and is two parts interlocked with the Reeve logo on the inside. It is a very firm light synthetic with a great feel and not slippery. It is an amber color so has a nice rich look to it.
