"Plaza Cutlery in store show 2010" UPDATE 7-31-2010 Sunday August 22 Coming in August we will have a Sunday late morning "in store show"! Featuring Duane Dwyer and Josh Lee of Strider, Phillip Hartsfield Jr, Leonard and Derrick from Steel Flame Jewelry, Charlie from William Hennery Knives with a one of a kind knife for sale! Also Paul from SureFire as he knows all the lights and a few others if it works out! Also in addition Joel Kaufman our JA Henckel sales rep will be in with veggies so you can try out the NEW Henckel Mayabi line of Japanese made cutlery. These feature blades from 57 to 66 Rockwell hardness! This will be really cool! Any makers interested let me know! I am sorry Ernie Emerson and I really worked at but we finely just realized we could not make it work as he is out of town almost every weekend. Maybe someone from Emerson will come down. Will be 11AM to 1-2 and then those that want to can head to Claim Jumper for lunch! All will have knives for sale and Mick is also sending some but they will have to be rung up by Plaza Cutlery as it is on mall property! Also we will have some of the NEW Emerson Prestige knives on hand!
