Placing an order

We ship world wide. For USA anyone can handle you in the shop. For international only Dan or Yuko at this time is to handle international orders. Email dan@plazacutlery.com

Currently the easiest way is to phone in your order to 714-549-3932 or toll free at 866- 827-5292 (USA all 50 states and Canada) for orders only. You can use the below form to make sure you have all the information. During the holidays we may need to call you back as the shop can fill up real fast but we will do our best to give you the best service!

We now accept "Paypal" transfers. My email address is dan@plazacutlery.com and is all set up. Just let me know it is coming or who ever is working!

FAX orders:

You can also FAX your order in. 714-964-0217 This number goes to my home FAX & not the store. Please use the form below. To FAX directly the store use 714-549-3933 (Not for any other use except ordering. Please, no other FAX's with out my permission! I hate junk FAX's and the companies who send them! If you FAX without my permission I will never do business with you!)

Email orders:

You can email your order also. I would suggest it last but for people from other country’s it is easier. Only put 4 numbers of your credit card in one email. It will take 5 emails with the expiration date being separate also with the security number. I would suggest sending them at different times also. To date we have had no problem with this but we can not take any responsibility as it is not secure. Also you can write out the numbers in English:

1=One, 2 Two, 3=Three, 4=Four, 5=Five, 6=Six, 7=Seven 8=Eight, 9=Nine, 0=Zero

If you are unhappy with the item after receiving it. Simply return it to us for a full refund less the shipping. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. Please let me know by e-mail or phone that it is coming back. We do not need to know why but we would like to so we can fix what ever the problem is. Also you do not need to overnight the item back to us. Please include all original recites. Please make copies for yourself.
