| Notes: This a hand
ground XM-18 non-flipper.
It is previously owned by a friend and
has not been used or carried and has just been a safe. So it is new! Handle
is black g-10. This one has a bead finish on the hollow grind and a hand
satin on the flat. Also eth titanium is anodized blue on the back side. Not
many were done this way so a more rare knife!
These are only available at shows so
there are not to many each year. The blade is hollow ground instead of the
flat grind so is a little lighter. The hollow is belt ground and the flats
are hand finished. The back side of the handle is tumbled finished and the
front side is g-10. It still has the Hinderer stop, reversible titanium clip
for hinge up or down and flipper lever. The notches on the frame are to keep
the hand from slipping on the knife. It also has a large pivot and works
very smooth for a solid folder. Ricks original XM-18 was featured on the
cover of Blade magazine. No storage case but comes with a box! |
