One service we offer on our sets is that you can exchange one knife in the current set for another you want and pay the difference. Let's say the set you want has an 8" cooks knife and you would like a 10". The difference between the open stock pricing of the two knives is $18.. So the cost of exchanging that knife is the cost of the set plus the extra $18.. Please note that the small sets under 6 knives can only have one knife exchanged. Larger sets with more than six can have two knives changed. Also, kitchen shears and steels can not be exchanged in most sets, but there are exceptions. Just check with me before to ensure that it's okay. We will work with you as best we can, but if you want to build your own set, we start from scratch. Just give us a call and we will see what we can do! If it is a big set or project, we may need to call you back.

We are now also making a FREE OFFER: If you buy a set of 5 pieces or more knives, we will sharpen them for free when they are due for their first sharpening. We can also look over the knives and point out if you are being too rough or not using the steel correctly. This is also our professional sharpening service. When you do not use a steel or use a "pull through" sharpener, your knives will dull and become useless. Russ and I have been sharpening for a combined 60 plus years! We look forward to helping make the right choice!
