Mitch Jenkins Mitch is another protégé of Steve Johnson and they live in the same town of Manti, Utah. Living in the same town as Steve, Mitch has received expert guidance over the last few years and is progressing very well. His knives are similar to Steve's for now and we talked about changing some as he makes more knives. The extreme hunter is his first design. He is sure off to a good start and is keeping his knives reasonable to get experience. So we look for great things from Mitch so lets support him! Mitch also makes his sheaths. Mitch and I talked and we will be doing a couple models that will only be available through Plaza Cutlery. We will also continue to have regular knives also, hunters ect.. I am very grateful to Mitch, as some makers seem to forget the dealers\collectors who helped to make them popular. Mitch is the exception and I very much appreciate and it says a lot for his character. I look forward to a long relationship and friend ship!
