Each exhibitor gets 2 badges! If anyone else wants one they are $10 each delivered at the show!
The date is March 12TH, 2011 Customer admission is FREE !! Parking is at current Hilton rates Which is $8 form a banquet function Location is the "Hilton Hawaiian Village" located in Honolulu Hawaii The show is now over and we all had a great time. We had nice attendance and everyone wants to do it again in two years! So we will plan the show for every other year, so we hope more people can attend! Itinerary: Friday Night: USN meet and greet. Please check USN form for more info and I will post here when it is set. Saturday: 8AM to 10 AM "Plaza Cutlery Hawaiian Custom Knife Show" set up for exhibitors only. Please no customers yet! Saturday : 10AM to 4PM "Plaza Cutlery Hawaiian Custom Knife Show" open to the public free admission Saturday : 6PM Group dinner at the "Tropics Bar and Grill" Note you must prepay Sunday : 5:15PM Luau for those who would like to attend Cost is $98 per person but if enough people are interested it will drop to $83.3 plus taxes. if interested please let me know right away. No money is needed now and you will be paying the Hilton directly, I hope! :)
Also exhibitor requirement for Non-Hawaiian based exhibitors is 3 nights at the Hilton. They have given excellent rates or you can also use any package from the Hilton or with an airline but you must spend at least 3 nights at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for us to make our block. You can also stay longer. It is a fabulous property! Pam and I just spent our vacation there! Same rates can be used by collectors and buyers also! Anyone else going if you are staying the Hilton please give me your name so we can get credit. Does not change your deal.
This show will be open to custom knife makers, dealers, suppliers, collectors & manufactures. Dealers can deal in factory (new and old) or custom knives or kitchen cutlery. To be honest this will be a solid effort to do a good show but in reality is it will be a vacation. Please do not sign up expecting anything more then a good time. We will give it a good shot!

Pam and I stayed in the Rainbow (pictures below). For room reservations please call the Hilton Hawaiian Village 808-949-4321 Booking code is "BCP". This may not work on the toll free number that goes to the central switch board. Will have to find out. The Hilton does have some excellent packages with air and hotel and you can do that and I just need your name and room nights to get credit. Also there is a local resident rate. So they really are trying to work with us!
