Notes: Steve is a new knifemaker who looks like he will do very well. Hi is just part time so will produce a limited amount of knives. This is his first sub-hilt which is amazing! The bade is well ground and has a mirror finish and tapers back to the back of the handle. The guard is silver soldered very well for a new maker and better then a lot of guys who have been doing it for years. Both John Young and I spent a fair amount of time talking with him and we believe we will see some good work. While this one is a early knife it is very good and I believe any collector will enjoy it very much. Design execution and workmanship is top notch! I am sure I will regret selling it!
