Dan's Consignment Page As I have been asked by many of you if we take knives on consignment. We have done a limited amount but it is not cost effective to do in the store. So I am offering it as a new side service only on my new website www.knife4sale.com . The knives will not be displayed in the store and will only be shown here on this site and in some cases on the "Usual Suspect Forum". I can by appointment only show the knives in the shop. Please do not just stop in and expect to be able to see something. Email me first! If you wish to place a knife on consignment, please email me what you have and I will get back to you. Only then will I tell you where to ship the knives. DO NOT SEND KNIVES TO THE STORE! Consignment charge is 25% of the selling price. In some cases it maybe negotiable but not worth the time and trouble if less but there are always exceptions. Prices posted are firm for first 30 days and unless noted you can make an offer 30 days after the posted date and it is up to the consignee and I to work out a deal. All payments are by money order, cashiers check or personal check if I know you or someone I know can vouch for you. I will take you personal check with out a delay. Otherwise personal checks take 14 full working days from the day I deposit it to clear. I know that is longer then what is needed but I need to make sure things go through. Shipping is always paid by the buyer and returning knives that do not sell are paid for by the seller. No credit cards!
