This is a beautiful classic congress pen knife with white pearl handle.
Joel has also added some file work to the liners to give them some extra
character! Both blade snap open and closed.
Joel's work is now up there with Davis
and Shadley. He is more willing to try different things such as checkering
and unusual patters. Nice crisp lines and flawless workmanship!
