PLAZA CUTLERY 2011 IN-STORE SHOW

Frank Centofante Frank was a long time knifemaker and his father was also knifemaker for Scrade Cutlery. He was a past president of the "Knifemakers Guild" and a retired paramedic. Frank past away in September and will be missed by many of us. He is survived by his wife Sue and his two sons. Tony spent a lot of time with Pam and I. We enjoyed raging on Frank about the New York Rangers as we were all hockey fans. Will miss that but also the friendship we had for many years. Frank made very high end folders and also a special locking features of his own style. He will be offering a few knives through a few of his dealers and we will be one of them.
